Narrator: The delvers are nearly at the top of the steep hill that leads into the shrouded valley. Above them, on the ridge lines, are massive stone walls manned by widely spaced goblins sentries. A road winds up the hill, providing a steeper but longer climb.
Narrator: Behind and above the wall, the sky is dark even though it is morning. Even on the rim of the valley, the sky is dimmer than it should - as poorly lit as dusk even though it is early morning and the sun is well up.
Narrator: One of the goblin sentries is shouting something, pointing toward Richard, and grabbing an arrow from his quiver. The other sentries are also readying to attack.
GM: Well.
GM: We're in combat, I think.
1) YOUR TURN NOW:: [28] Berkun (on deck: [26] Connell)
GM: Berkun?
Berkun: okay
GM: You're crawling, you know. Stealthy like.
GM: So is Richard and Ayake.
Berkun: oh, okay
Berkun: I thought Berkun was also seen
Berkun: can I crawl off the road?
GM: Sure...
Berkun: and will that slow me?
GM: Yes, off-road is double cost, crawling is 1/3 speed.
Berkun: so 1 hex per turn... oh well
Berkun: I'll go off-road anyway
GM: Okay.
GM: As a highly trained scout, you don't think they're pointing at you.
2) YOUR TURN NOW:: [26] Connell (on deck: [24] Mrugnak)
Ayake: ((I should definitely be before COnnell.))
GM: Sorry! Ayake first.
** Connell ruffles his feathers, flaps his teeny wings, and sits perched on Mrugnak's horns as his mighty minotaur-airship plies the blue skies. To battle! **
Mrugnak: You're not on the list at all!
GM: Fixed.
Ayake: Not that my action does much. I stand!
GM: Woo-hoo.
Ayake: Crawl -> Stand is a Change Posture?
GM: Actually, Crawl == Prone. So Acrobatic Stand or Change to Kneeling.
Ayake: Acrobatic Stand: [3d6.skill(15,+1-6)] => [4,5,5] = 14 vs (10) or less Failure! by 4
Ayake: Kneeling it is!
Ayake: ###
GM: So Connell isn't doing much and Ayake isn't getting to his feet very fast.
GM: So it goes.
4) YOUR TURN NOW:: [24] Mrugnak (on deck: [24] Richard)
Mrugnak: Does Minotaur Momentum count on Flight?
GM: Mrugnak and Connell are in the treeline, 100 yds down from the ridge, by the way.
GM: Sure!
Mrugnak: Oh yay!
Mrugnak: Move of 8 with encumberance taken into account then. Mrugnak flies up the hill ponderously, like a death-dealing blimp.
GM: Actually, you're still off the map... you're 92 hexes away, the base of the road was only drawn to 60 hexes.
GM: Sorry, lazy GM.
Mrugnak: Ah, kk.
5) YOUR TURN NOW:: [24] Richard (on deck: [20] Goblin Sentries)
Richard: (( do they have any cover on the wall or is it just range? ))
GM: They have parapets on the wall, so only head and shoulders exposed, and only when they're aiming, attacking, or watching.
** Richard moves up, flying **
GM: Hmmm. Make an Acrobatics+3 or DX-3 roll to fly smoothly while crawling.
Richard: can I just lift off some?
GM: Sure, you can get to your feet without moving at all.
Richard: oh, you mean to fly smoothly while prone, ok
GM: Yeah, that.
Richard: [3d6.skill(13,-3)] => [1,1,3] = 5 vs (10) or less Success! by 5
GM: You lift off, taking flight easily.
Richard: can I change to kneeling while I fly?
GM: You're effectively standing again, that was the DX check thingie.
Richard: ok, great, done
6) YOUR TURN NOW:: [20] Goblin Sentries (on deck: [28] Berkun)
Goblin: "Mage! Mage! Geek-um the mage!" The goblin sentries duck behind the merlons and draw arrows.
Goblin: There are muffled shouts of alarm from inside the gate buildings.
1) YOUR TURN NOW:: [28] Berkun (on deck: [28] Ayake)
Berkun: is there any rock anywhere particularly good for cover?
Ayake: It's deliberately quite clear.
GM: No, crazily enough, the goblins don't want people assaulting their wall from behind cover.
Ayake: Almost as if someone decided to completely smooth out every approach to the walls to make for easy spotting of potential intruders.
Berkun: oh, sure
Berkun: anyway, movement and that's that
GM: You crawl a bit, hoping that people are distracting by Mrugnak and the mage lifting off.
2) YOUR TURN NOW:: [28] Ayake (on deck: [26] Connell)
Ayake: Though, a thought: If the ground isn't rough enough to provide any hiding places or cover, is it rough enough to warrant double movement cost?
GM: It's not rough.
Ayake: I stand! That's a step.
GM: It's a 45 degree slope.
Ayake: Sloped!
Ayake: Right.
Ayake: Never mind me.
GM: Anything else?
Ayake: AoD: Parry (Missile Weapons)
Ayake: ###
3) YOUR TURN NOW:: [26] Connell (on deck: [24] Mrugnak)
Connell: Connell remains clinging to the Hindentaur.
GM: Prepping any spells?
Connell: Nope.
GM: 'kay.
4) YOUR TURN NOW:: [24] Mrugnak (on deck: [24] Richard)
Connell: Hard to cast as a bird anyway.
** Mrugnak continues his airborn approach, coming to within 84 yards of the wall! **
Mrugnak: ***
5) YOUR TURN NOW:: [24] Richard (on deck: [20] Goblin Sentries)
Richard: all the sentries are hiding, yes?
GM: Yes, yes they are.
Richard: I can move and draw since I am heroic archer, yes?
GM: No, you can move and draw because you have Fast-Draw.
Berkun: roll fast draw and the draw is free
Richard: and load
GM: Move and Attack without Bulk is a Heroic Archer property.
Richard: Fast-Draw Arrow [3d6.skill(16,0)] => [4,5,6] = 15 vs (16) or less Success! by 1 then ready the bow [3d6.skill(18,-3)] => [4,1,4] = 9 vs (15) or less Success! by 6 and cast or fire next
GM: You can't move and load unless you attack.
Richard: ah
Richard: just the draw then
GM: Okay.
Richard: and done
6) YOUR TURN NOW:: [20] Goblin Sentries (on deck: [28] Berkun)
Goblin: The goblins are shouting at each other, and the sentries further down the wall, in rapid Goblini. More shouts from inside the buildings.
1) YOUR TURN NOW:: [28] Berkun (on deck: [28] Ayake)
Berkun: crawling
Berkun: not much more yet
GM: Exciting!
2) YOUR TURN NOW:: [28] Ayake (on deck: [26] Connell)
Ayake: I move!
Ayake: ###
3) YOUR TURN NOW:: [26] Connell (on deck: [24] Mrugnak)
GM: Still hanging on?
Connell: Sorry, went to get tea. Yes.
4) YOUR TURN NOW:: [24] Mrugnak (on deck: [24] Richard)
** Mrugnak continues his airborn approach, coming to within 76 yards of the wall! **
Mrugnak: ***
5) YOUR TURN NOW:: [24] Richard (on deck: [24] Ogres)
Mrugnak: (( I'm almost on the map! ))
GM: Richard?
Richard: move unless I can load as well
GM: Not without attacking.
Richard: done
6) YOUR TURN NOW:: [24] Ogres (on deck: [20] Goblin Sentries)
Ogre: A half dozen or more ogres pour out of the stairwells to the roofs, heading for the ballistae.
7) YOUR TURN NOW:: [20] Goblin Sentries (on deck: [28] Berkun)
Goblin: The sentries smoothly step out from behind their merlons, aiming arrows at Richard.
1) YOUR TURN NOW:: [28] Berkun (on deck: [28] Ayake)
Berkun: do the ogres get cover bonus?
Berkun: and, can I target vitals when shooting at them?
GM: At this point, yes. When they're at the ballistae, they'll have partial cover (-2) from the wall - it totally covers their legs.
Berkun: okay. Berkun rises to kneeling position
2) YOUR TURN NOW:: [28] Ayake (on deck: [26] Connell)
Ayake: Lizard Climb: [3d6.skill(18,+1-4+2)] => [4,3,4] = 11 vs (17) or less Success! by 6
Ayake: I am ninja!
Ayake: Or lizard.
Ayake: Something.
Ayake: ###
GM: The buildings in front of you are covered in arrow slits.
3) YOUR TURN NOW:: [26] Connell (on deck: [24] Mrugnak)
4) YOUR TURN NOW:: [24] Mrugnak (on deck: [24] Richard)
** Mrugnak continues his airborn approach, coming to within 68 yards of the wall! Egad, he thinks he can see the map from here! **
GM: Heh.
Mrugnak: I think I might actually be showing up on the map this turn or next.
Mrugnak: Place me wherever whenever!
Mrugnak: ***
GM: You're just over the end of the drawn road, though it obviously continues for quite some time.
GM: How high are you up?
GM: How high up is Richard?
Mrugnak: These are good questions! I will answer this the best way possible for Mrugnak. [4d6] => [2,6,4,5] = (17) yards!
Mrugnak: That high up!
GM: You're still below the wall, then.
Richard: hmm, 3 yards
GM: (slope is 1 yd/yd. Steep!)
Mrugnak: Oops
GM: Okay, Richard is just skimming the ground then.
GM: Though you will be above the wall when you get to it.
Richard: pretty much, just enough to drop some for dodging
5) YOUR TURN NOW:: [24] Richard (on deck: [24] Ogres)
** Richard loads [3d6.skill(18,-3)] => [3,1,2] = 6 vs (15) or less Success! by 9 and fires [skill(18,+4-8-2)] => [1] = 1 vs (12) or less Success! by 11 at goblin sentry 1, random location **
Richard: ...
Richard: [3d6.skill(18,+4-8-2)] => [1,2,4] = 7 vs (12) or less Success! by 5
Richard: [3d6.location] => 3d6.location
GM: Range is 64? Still hit.
Richard: (( is there a location thing? ))
Goblin: Dodge! [3d6.skill(8,0)] => [4,6,6] = 16 vs (8) or less Failure! by 8
Richard: [1d6+3] => [5,3] = (8)
GM: Your arrow catches him in the chest. He drops in a heap.
6) YOUR TURN NOW:: [24] Ogres (on deck: [20] Goblin Sentries)
Mrugnak: (( No hitlocation thingy, sadly. Have to do that one the old fashioned way. ))
Ogre: Move to the ballistae.
Richard: (( I see range as 32+elevation, so under 50 ))
GM: Evelation is 32+12. So 64.
GM: Err, 32+12-3.
7) YOUR TURN NOW:: [20] Goblin Sentries (on deck: [20] Goblin Artillerists.)
Goblin: Dozens of arrows poke out of the arrow slits as the interior garrison moves to attack.
Goblin: The other sentries continue aiming.
8) YOUR TURN NOW:: [20] Goblin Artillerists. (on deck: [28] Berkun)
Goblin: Dozens of artillerists charge up the stairs, heading for the artillery.
Mrugnak: [32+12-3] => 41
Berkun: are the strings in the ballistae within a possible shot from Berkun?
Berkun: *Berkun?
GM: Uh.
GM: Well, I don't know.
GM: They're small.
GM: Like, SM... -7?
Richard: (( arrow slits are only in the towers, right? ))
Ayake: -7 size, -2 cover? Sounds appropriate to me
GM: Right.
Berkun: nevermind, I thought the were larger
Ayake: The strings themselves are tiny.
Berkun: still, no. No chance of hitting
GM: Actually, the strings are SM -9. That's still 6-7 cm wide!
Berkun: Berkun stands up and touches his heels together to activate the magic boots...
GM: Okay.
1) YOUR TURN NOW:: [28] Berkun (on deck: [28] Ayake)
2) YOUR TURN NOW:: [28] Ayake (on deck: [26] Connell)
Ayake: Lizard Climb: [3d6.skill(18,+1-4+2)] => [2,2,5] = 9 vs (17) or less Success! by 8
Berkun: are they +1,2 or 3 to speed? and do they cost 1FP only?
Ayake: 2 FP, +1 Move, +1 dodge.
GM: Right.
Berkun: right
3) YOUR TURN NOW:: [26] Connell (on deck: [24] Mrugnak)
4) YOUR TURN NOW:: [24] Mrugnak (on deck: [24] Richard)
** Mrugnak continues his airborn approach, coming to within 62.6666666667 yards of the wall and vertically 5.33333333333 yards to a height of 22.3333333333! **
Ayake: ...
GM: Woo-hoo.
Mrugnak: Only probably with less irrational numbers because they make his head hurt.
5) YOUR TURN NOW:: [24] Richard (on deck: [24] Ogres)
Ayake: The idea of Mrugnak having multiple significant digits makes MY head hurt.
Richard: [3d6.skill(16,0)] => [5,4,5] = 14 vs (16) or less Success! by 2 fast draw arrow
Richard: done
6) YOUR TURN NOW:: [24] Ogres (on deck: [20] Goblin Sentries)
** Richard prepares for incoming fire **
Mrugnak: (all out defense?)
Mrugnak: (if you fast draw, you can take another action)
Richard: (( no, just braces for pain ))
Ogre: The ogres begin readying the ballistae by the simple expedient of pulling the strings back with their gloved hands.
7) YOUR TURN NOW:: [20] Goblin Sentries (on deck: [20] Goblin Artillerists.)
Richard: (( I moved ))
Mrugnak: (( aaah ))
Goblin: 23 goblins loose at Richard. We'll just call that a high RoF attack with some bonuses, hey?
Richard: (( should give them another -2 ))
Richard: (( 23!!!! ))
Richard: (( didn't realize there were 22 arrow slits on there! ))
Mrugnak: I use RoF for that too. Works great.
Goblin: Average range is 30, -7. But they still have a height advantage... +3. [3d6.skill(15, 3-7+4+4)] => [5,4,4] = 13 vs (19) or less Success! by 6 RoF3 attack.
GM: 3 arrows are coming your way amongst that hail. Doing anything about it?
Ayake: ((Movement at human speeds generally isn't enough for a to-hit penalty. If it is, you add speed in yards/second to range and determine the penalty. So, speed 8, range 30 = range 38, not 'a range 30 penalty and a speed 8 penalty'.)
Ayake: ((B550.))
Richard: so I roll vs. missile shield first?
Richard: then dodge?
GM: Sure.
Richard: (( true, was hoping it would kick them over a level ))
Richard: do I count spells on or just base?
Ayake: It's just base, capped at 16.
GM: Thanks!
Richard: [3d6.skill(19,-3)] => [4,5,1] = 10 vs (16) or less Success! by 6 missile shield
Richard: so that's all 3?
GM: 1 per arrow.
Richard: [3d6.skill(16,-2)] => [6,6,6] = 18 vs (14) or less Critical Failure! [B556] missile shield
Richard: fun
Ayake: Doh.
GM: 1 more.
Richard: hmm
Richard: luck it
GM: Okay.
Richard: [3d6.skill(16,-2)] => [4,6,3] = 13 vs (14) or less Success! by 1 missile shield
Richard: [3d6.skill(16,-2)] => [5,4,2] = 11 vs (14) or less Success! by 3 missile shield
GM: One more.
Richard: [3d6.skill(16,-4)] => [6,4,4] = 14 vs (12) or less Failure! by 2 missile shield
Ayake: ((Should be 19-2-2 for 15.))
Ayake: ((Assuming skill is 19.))
Narrator: Arrows fly generally toward Richard. He waves his hand confidently but nothing happens as 3 arrows strike at him.
Richard: oh, minuses are before rule of 16?
GM: Your missile shield failed to have any effect. Dodge.
Ayake: Note that if Missile Shield fails, you still get defenses.
Ayake: That's explicit.
Ayake: And yes, penalties are before rule of 16.
Richard: ok, that was a success then
Ayake: Yeah, but they're using meteoric iron.
Ayake: So you'll want to make dodge rolls now.
Richard: should have been 19-4
GM: Yes, but Meteoric Iron doesn't care about your weenie missile shield.
Richard: dodge with dive [3d6.skill(8,+3)] => [6,5,1] = 12 vs (11) or less Failure! by 1
Richard: I only get the dive for one, yes?
Ayake: You only get one roll against massed fire. MoS determines missiles that miss.
Ayake: So that'd be 3 hits. (Ow. Sorry.)
GM: Technically, since its a RoF attack, you get 1 defense which failed.
GM: By the way, page reference of the Dive?
Richard: ok
Richard: on the quick ref on the wiki
Richard: dive or drop
GM: Uhm, okay, you're prone.
GM: While flying.
GM: I'll noodle on that one next round.
GM: In the meanwhile.
Richard: p. 398
Goblin: 3 attacks! [1d6+2] => [2,2] = (4)[1d6+2] => [6,2] = (8)[1d6+2] => [3,2] = (5) magic DR does not protect.
Richard: normal retreat + 1
Richard: torso for all?
Goblin: Sure!
GM: You have DR2, right?
Richard: nope, 4 without enchants
Richard: chain
Richard: er, mail
Richard: so 6 HP total
GM: Uhm... no. 8 and 2 damage. Impaling, remember?
GM: Roll HT against stun.
Richard: doh, yah
Narrator: Two of the arrows bite deep into Richard's armor, and blood sprays from the wounds.
Richard: [3d6.skill(11,0)] => [4,1,3] = 8 vs (11) or less Success! by 3
Richard: unmodified, yes?
Berkun: (ogres are size +1?)
GM: Right, and right.
GM: Unless you have Low Pain Threshold like some famous hypochondriac wizards of yore.
Ayake: *cough*
GM: You're badly hurt, prone, and have defense and attack issues until you right yourself as a move action.
Richard: I thought the dive just cost altitude
Richard: can you even go prone in the air?
GM: Sure!
GM: Doesn't slow you down, though, and you take the normal penalties for posture...
GM: except you don't take any penalties for ranged attacks.
Richard: hmm
GM: Are we done here? Great.
8) YOUR TURN NOW:: [20] Goblin Artillerists. (on deck: [28] Berkun)
Richard: thought it was just an ariel retreat
Goblin: Run to the ballistae, grabbing up huge arrows and such.
GM: Sure, it is. And normal retreats aren't useful against ranged attacks. So I assumed you changed position, like a Dive and Drop.
GM: Since it doesn't change anything and your expectation was different, I'm okay with you not doing that and just sucking up the arrow hits.
Richard: oh, not like I'll be doing a lot anyhow
GM: Err... failing the Dodge.
Richard: yah, I'd prefer not to be prone
GM: We'll just leave you upright and wounded, then.
1) YOUR TURN NOW:: [28] Berkun (on deck: [28] Ayake)
Berkun: fast draw barbed arrow[3d6] => [5,4,3] = (12) fast load[3d6] => [2,3,6] = (11)
Berkun: step and fire at the closest ogre, vitals
Berkun: [3d6.skill(20,-8-2-2,+3+2+1+1)] => 3d6.skill(20,-8-2-2,+3+2+1+1)
Berkun: [3d6.skill(20,-8-2-2,+3+2+1+1)] => 3d6.skill(20,-8-2-2,+3+2+1+1)
Berkun: [3d6.skill(20,-8-2-2+3+2+1+1)] => [6,1,3] = 10 vs (15) or less Success! by 5
GM: Range is 90... so you hit.
Ogre: Dodge [3d6.skill(10,0)] => [5,2,2] = 9 vs (10) or less Success! by 1
GM: Next ogre? [3d6.skill(9)] => [1,2,2] = 5 vs (9) or less Success! by 4
Berkun: luck so he'd reroll!
GM: Oh, well.
Ogre: Dodge [3d6.skill(10,0)] => [4,4,5] = 13 vs (10) or less Failure! by 3
Ogre: Dodge [3d6.skill(10,0)] => [6,4,5] = 15 vs (10) or less Failure! by 5
Berkun: aha.
GM: He takes the hit, then.
Berkun: [1d6+6] => [3,6] = (9) impaling
Ayake: To the vitals, even.
Ogre: Grunts. "Arg." [3d6.skill(13,3-5)] => [5,5,2] = 12 vs (11) or less Failure! by 1
Ogre: "That sting."
Ogre: "Me leaving-um now."
2) YOUR TURN NOW:: [28] Ayake (on deck: [26] Connell)
Ayake: Lizard Climb: [3d6.skill(18,+1-4+2)] => [6,6,3] = 15 vs (17) or less Success! by 2
Ayake: ###
3) YOUR TURN NOW:: [26] Connell (on deck: [24] Mrugnak)
4) YOUR TURN NOW:: [24] Mrugnak (on deck: [24] Richard)
Mrugnak: The Good Ship Mrugnak continues his advance!
Mrugnak: continuing upwards at a 45 degree angle, which apparently turns into 5 yards forward and upward movement!
GM: Uhm.
GM: Just move any direction you want.
GM: Math like that is too complicated for DF.
GM: I mean... up/down vertical crap, I don't care.
GM: Follow the facing rules, please.
Mrugnak: Sooo 8?
GM: Yes, please. and 3 more from last turn.
Mrugnak: OK!
5) YOUR TURN NOW:: [24] Richard (on deck: [24] Ogres)
Richard: am within a step of the ground since I went down some last time?
Richard: [3d6.skill(11,0)] => [3,6,5] = 14 vs (11) or less Failure! by 3
GM: No, you didn't retreat, remember? So you're still 3 yds AGL.
GM: And standing.
GM: What did you just roll?
Richard: well, I fall anyhow
GM: Whyfor?
Richard: HT:0
Richard: and I am unconscious
GM: Oops!
GM: You take [1d6+2] => [4,2] = (6) crushing damage, magic armor protects normally.
Richard: at -3 then
Richard: unless I hit feet first!
Narrator: Richard looks at the blood seeping from his chest and then his face pales. He collapses in a heap onto the slope in a pile.
Goblin: "We got-um 'im! We got-um im! Go-um us! We is-um the best!"
6) YOUR TURN NOW:: [24] Ogres (on deck: [20] Goblin Sentries)
Ogre: Most of the ogres continue working the ballistae, but the one Berkun hits examines his chest with dismay.
Ogre: [3d6.skill(13,0)] => [1,5,5] = 11 vs (13) or less Success! by 2
Ogre: "Me go-um and get-um this looked-um at."
7) YOUR TURN NOW:: [20] Goblin Sentries (on deck: [20] Goblin Artillerists.)
Goblin: Cheering wildly, the goblins step back behind their merlons to reload.
8) YOUR TURN NOW:: [20] Goblin Artillerists. (on deck: [28] Berkun)
Goblin: Loading, setting, and aiming the ballistae, 1/3.
1) YOUR TURN NOW:: [28] Berkun (on deck: [28] Ayake)
Berkun: is the ogre with the arrow in his chest leaving his position?
Ayake: He has the scaredy-cat icon, so yes. :D
Berkun: okay, move and attack
GM: Well, he's still at his position, but he's not hanging around.
Berkun: shoot whichever goblin is trying to load the ballista
Berkun: fast draw barbed [3d6] => [5,3,1] = (9) fast load [3d6] => [1,2,2] = (5)
GM: We
GM: We'll call that Engineer 1.
GM: He has -4 cover.
Berkun: [3d6.skill(20,-10-4-1-1+1+1)] => [3,3,2] = 8 vs (6) or less Failure! by 2
Berkun: hmm... bad
Ayake: 2 questions: Can I get a nageteppo with Fast-Draw (Shuriken)? Also, how far up are the arrow slits in the tower?
GM: A mass of secondary targets [3d6.skill(6)] => [4,3,6] = 13 vs (6) or less Failure! by 7 [3d6.skill(6)] => [1,6,5] = 12 vs (6) or less Failure! by 6 [3d6.skill(6)] => [6,1,1] = 8 vs (6) or less Failure! by 2
Narrator: Berkun's hurriedly loosed arrow hits the wall.
GM: The arrow slits are on the 2nd and 3rd levels, so 5yds and 9 yds up.
Ayake: K.
GM: Uhmmm... Nageteppo can be drawn with Shuriken at -5.
2) YOUR TURN NOW:: [28] Ayake (on deck: [26] Connell)
Ayake: Okay! :D
Ayake: Fast-Draw (Shuriken): [3d6.skill(17,+1+1-5)] => [3,1,5] = 9 vs (14) or less Success! by 5
Ayake: Smoke nageteppo in hand!
Ayake: Lizard Climb: [3d6.skill(18,+1-4)] => [2,5,2] = 9 vs (15) or less Success! by 6
GM: There's 6 slits per level, not all are occupied.
Ayake: 2 steps gets me to the wall, and I get three yards up it. Look ma, no hands!
Ayake: ###
GM: Well.
3) YOUR TURN NOW:: [26] Connell (on deck: [24] Mrugnak)
** Connell is still a passenger. **
GM: 'kay.
4) YOUR TURN NOW:: [24] Mrugnak (on deck: [24] Richard)
Mrugnak: The Good Ship Mrugnak continues his ominous advance!
5) YOUR TURN NOW:: [24] Richard (on deck: [24] Ogres)
Mrugnak: Done!
** Richard bleeds **
6) YOUR TURN NOW:: [24] Ogres (on deck: [20] Goblin Sentries)
Ogre: Help load the ballistae.
7) YOUR TURN NOW:: [20] Goblin Sentries (on deck: [20] Goblin Artillerists.)
Goblin: Sentries put arrows to string.
8) YOUR TURN NOW:: [20] Goblin Artillerists. (on deck: [28] Berkun)
Goblin: Load, set, and aim the ballistae 2 of 3.
1) YOUR TURN NOW:: [28] Berkun (on deck: [28] Ayake)
GM: Pawel.
Berkun: move and attack again
Berkun: fast draw barbed[3d6] => [6,2,1] = (9) fast load[3d6] => [1,1,5] = (7)
Berkun: target:ogre grunt number 2
Berkun: how much range is that together?
