- South Asian features, with cinnamon skin, flowing black hair and eyes like India ink.
- Thin, due a light frame, and having forgotten to eat more than a few times while researching. She has so far managed to maintain graceful proportions despite this, but she's beginning to push the line hard.
Shelley dresses sensibly for adventuring, leaving the flowing black lace dresses and plunging necklines for safer environments. She's always toting her magic wand, a decorated elaborate thing 35" long with a gilded skull ornament on the end. Presumably it's an ornament and not an actual skull... Despite the obvious decorative aspects, she is not shy of thumping people with it, and has settled more than one argument by leaving orbital imprints on the loosers head.

- Escort the restless dead to their final destination, for the good of both the dead and the living. It's hard to pillage the graveyard when it's haunted or infested by ghouls; and animate corpses tend to object to having their skeletons torn out, polished, and refurbished as mill-turning engines.

During the fight under the Black Dome in the swamp by the lake, Shelley turned her back on a 6-armed peshkali snake demoness. The demoness impaled Shelley with 3 swords through several vital organs and then tore her apart, dismembering and exsanguinating her.
